Blue Cheese-and-Pecan-Stuffed Celery

INGREDIENTS: 4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries
Celery stalks
Cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine cheeses, pecans and cranberries. Spread on celery; top with cracked pepper.

You can add the chopped pecans at the end by rolling the tops of the stuffed celery in the pecans, so the pecans are on top.
