Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS: Mix oats and yogurt together and refrigerate over night. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Yield: 2 servings

Note: You can sub skim milk for the almond milk, but I would use 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup water to keep calories about the same.
