Chicken Gyros and Tzatziki Sauce

INGREDIENTS: For pitas:
3 Pita breads
3 leafs of Romaine lettuce
1 Tomato cubed
1/2 Sweet vidalia onion
Cilantro {optional}
Tzatziki sauce {recipe included}

Chicken recipe:
1 1/2 cup grilled chicken breasts strips
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano {dried}
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/3 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp butter for saute

Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup cucumber
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh minced dill
1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. I used Costco pita bread.

2. To make the sauce: Peel cucumbers and mince em.

3. Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 min to hour before using

4. To make chicken: Melt butter in the skillet. Add chicken and heat it up.

5. Add minced garlic.

6. Add oregano, cumin and coriander. Saute for 2 min.

7. Slice onion and cube the tomatoes.

9. Warm up 3 pita breads. Layer with the lettuce, chicken, tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce.

10. Wrap it in foil or a paper towel.
