Pico de Gallo

INGREDIENTS: 5 skin-on Roma tomatoes
2 scallions diced
½ cup diced sweet onion such as Vidalia
1 medium jalapeno
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of one lime
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

2. Refrigerate in a covered container and let sit for one hour to allow flavors to blend.
