Strawberry Sangria

INGREDIENTS: 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white or rose wine
1/4 c. light rum
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. seltzer

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine the wine, rum, and sugar in a pitcher; stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the sliced lemon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Add the sliced strawberries. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.

3. Add the seltzer just before serving.
